The subject of each
requirement of ISO/TS 16949:2002 is identified making 403 requirements
in total. The subject of the requirement rather than the requirements
themselves are stated for simplicity. Requirements within a 'shall'
statement have been decomposed where the response to one part of the
statement may well be different to that of another part.
Provision is made for both
identifying the evidence of intent and implementation thus making the
tool useful for system auditors doing the desktop audit and later
recording the implementation audit. It can also be used by system
developers for capturing system design features, tracing policies to
requirements and identifying omissions.
The power of excel is used
to score responses as compliant/noncompliant and calculate percentage
compliance against elements and clauses. Summary tables and charts are
included to show at a glance how compliant your ISO/TS 16949:2002
Quality System is. Just examine the screen shots below - it speaks for
itself.
With this tool you will be
able to:
- Respond to the requirements of the standard
- Record your progress
- Track what you have documented
- Track what you have implemented
- Capture the results of the audits
- List and sort outstanding actions
- List and sort compliant responses
- List and sort improvement actions
- Show everyone how far they have got and just how
far they have to go
- Impress the auditor AND
- Impress your management.
