When designing your management processes, risk assessment is just as
important as when designing your products and services. Just think
what could happen if the right people were not in the right place at
the right time, if the advertising program failed to deliver, if the
information you relied upon turned out to be obsolete.

standards" such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 etc are based upon experience
