The subject of each requirement of ISO/TS
16949:2002 including those of ISO 9001:2002 is identified making
373 requirements in total. The subject of the requirement rather than
the requirements themselves are stated for simplicity. Requirements
within a 'shall' statement have been decomposed where the response to
one part of the statement may well be different to that of another
part. For example the management review may include all elements of
the QMS but not include performance trends - hence in this case, two
rows have been provided.
